We are currently seeking a new addition to our Training Team in the New Jersey/New York region. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who works well independently, and has excellent communication and customer service skills and is technology proficient. If you have a background in training and a good understanding of computer software and would enjoy a multi-faceted role in which you would demonstrate softare, lead implementation, train customers and provide ongoing support – this may be the job for you!
Job Responsibilities
- Comfortable leading web and face-to-face training and meetings
- Educate clients on the best practices in deployment and implementation of our software
- Serve as main point of contact during implementation process
- Participate in client meetings in preparation of implementation
- Conduct web-based and on-site customer training
- Assist clients with data preparation and go-live activities
- Provide customer support to new and existing clients
- Product Enhancement Testing
Skills & Knowledge Required
Good educator who can approach things from different angles without frustrations- Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships
- Must be able to get along with others, i.e. peers, supervisors, outside customers
and vendors - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be personable, positive, and a professional representative of the company
- Must be a self-starter who can work independently and use team/others effectively when necessary
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to juggle and prioritize tasks, assisting on various projects at any given time
- Logical and technical mindset with the ability to analyze problems and identify the root cause
- Interested in learning software solutions
- Title Industry and/or Title Software experience preferred
