Chief Executive Officer

William Bartzak has been the CEO of AccuTitle since 2019. Since then, AccuTitle has acquired and integrated five technology platforms, resulting in the industry-leading Title Management Platforms offered today. Bill is a serial entrepreneur who founded and successfully sold three other businesses in various industries, including MD On-Line, Inc., a healthcare company he founded in 1995 and served as its President/CEO until he sold it to Ability Network in 2014. Bill sits on the Board of Directors for the BlinkNow Foundation, STOPit Solutions, Synergenomics, and Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business Center Leadership Program. Alice Bell

President

Alice Bell is an experienced and progressive business leader with deep knowledge in the title and tech industry. As a seasoned executive, Alice Bell brings a wealth of experience to the role as AccuTitle's President. Before joining AccuTitle in 2020, she owned and was the CEO of Landtech Data Corporation, one of the industry's leading software. Alice owned and ran a successful Title Abstract company along with holding her Title & Real Estate License. Alice has held management positions in various areas of PropTech, and UX/UI design. With 18 years of experience, she profoundly understands the complex regulations and market trends that shape industries. She has a proven track record of driving operational efficiencies, developing, and implementing the company's strategic plan, and maximizing profits. Alice received her B.S. in Business Administration & International Business from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. She is an avid traveler and foodie, among her many passions.

George Eleftheriades

Chief Operating Officer

George Eleftheriades has served as AccuTitle’s Chief Operating Officer since 2019. With over 30 years of business and technology experience encompassing more than 20 acquisitions, he is a key leader focused on scaling the business and executing on AccuTitle’s acquisition strategy. George previously served as MD On-Line’s Chief Operating/ Technology Officer starting in 2007. In 2014 the company was acquired by ABILITY Network, and George remained on as a Vice President to work on Acquisition Strategy and Integration. In 2018, ABILITY Network was acquired by Inovalon (Nasdaq: INOV). George was previously the Head of Technology for Control Resources Inc., a company that specialized in local search services for the directory assistance (411) space.  His career path includes PersonalPath Systems where he was Vice President of Software Development & Operations bringing to market personalized, de-identified healthcare portal solutions to major payers.  In his career, George-has held various leadership positions with Merck-Medco, Dun & Bradstreet, Sovereign Systems, and Ascom Timeplex. George received his BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In 2010, George was named a CIO of the Year finalist by the New Jersey Technology Council.

Jay Richardson

Chief Product Officer

Jay Richardson officially joined AccuTitle in 2015, after having been a customer/user since 2005 and a product consultant for many years. Jay’s introduction to transactional business and real estate matters began in 1996 as a general practice attorney representing various parties in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as he is admitted to the Bar of both states. Finding the title aspect of these transactions interesting, Jay transitioned from private practice to an in-house counsel role of a South Jersey title agency, where he spent the next ten years growing his industry knowledge and contacts, as well as gaining a deep understanding of the TitleFusion product. That knowledge led to his present role as Chief Product Officer of AccuTitle, where he is focused on product compliance, continuous development, and feature/function offerings to enhance the experience of the title agency user. Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Rutgers University (Camden) and Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law (Delaware).

Annemarie Zeni, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Annemarie Zeni joined AccuTitle, LLC in June of 2019.  Annemarie is a certified public accountant with over 27 years of finance, accounting, and tax experience. Prior to joining AccuTitle, Annemarie was a shareholder at Bernicker, Eiger and Lang, CPAs for three years after merging her boutique accounting and tax firm she founded in September 2005.  Prior to entering public accounting, Annemarie held management positions for 15 years in various areas of audit, accounting and finance in the personal mortgage, telecommunications and advertising industries within some of the leading companies in the world.  Annemarie is licensed in New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants where she serves as Treasurer and chair of the Continuing Professional Education Committee. She also serves on the Parent Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County.  Annemarie received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and her Master's of Business Administration in Finance from Seton Hall University.

Jerre Stead

Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Jerre is Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Clarivate Analytics plc. Jerre served as CEO of Churchill Capital Corp until its merger with Clarivate in May 2019. He had been the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Churchill Capital Corp since August 2018. Prior to that, he served as Chairman and CEO of IHS Markit, Ltd.—a publicly listed company on NASDAQ and world leader in critical information, analytics and solutions—and Executive Chairman and CEO at IHS Inc., its predecessor company.

Jerre has had a long and very successful career as a public company CEO. Over the last two decades, he has created a world leader and one of the fastest-growing companies in the information services sector, IHS Markit, Ltd. Prior to his leadership at IHS Markit, he led other highly successful technology and information companies such as Honeywell-Phillips Medical Electronics, Square D, AT&T Global Business Communications Systems, AT&T Global Information Solutions (NCR Corporation), NCR Japan, Legent Corporation and Ingram Micro.

In addition, Jerre has served on over 30 corporate boards during his career and received numerous accolades for his work, including the Kenneth B. West Lifetime Achievement Award which he received in July 2017 by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) in recognition of his service on corporate and philanthropic boards.

A graduate of the University of Iowa and the Harvard University Advanced Management Program in Switzerland, Jerre earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is chairman of the Banner Alzheimer’s Institute as well as chairman of the board of Garret Evangelical Seminary and he sits on the boards of the America Writers Museum and Guideposts.

Robert Druskin is Non-Executive Chairman of DTCC’s Board and Chairman of the Board Executive Committee. Druskin served as Executive Chairman from April 2011 to December 31, 2015.

Previously, Druskin was Lead Director of E*Trade from May through December 2009, interim Chief Executive Officer from December 2009 to March 2010, and Chairman of the Board from December 2009 to March 2011.

Prior to that, Druskin spent nearly 16 years at Citigroup and its predecessor companies in a number of senior executive positions across the organization, including Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Office of the Chairman, Chief Operations and Technology Officer, and Chief Executive Officer of the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Division.

Druskin was with Salomon Smith Barney (and previously Smith Barney) for nine years and held a number of senior positions, including Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining Smith Barney, he was Chief Financial Officer of Shearson Lehman Brothers.

Jay Stead, Managing Director of Oxley Services, has been based in Auckland, New Zealand since 2002. He provides executive advisory services and serves on the boards of a select group of technology-oriented software, services and internet businesses around the world. Key focus areas include strategic planning, leadership development, corporate governance, mergers/acquisitions, effective execution and driving accelerated growth. Jay has broad technology industry experience encompassing early developers of Peer-to-Peer and Cloud solutions as well as market leading mobile Apps across a variety of sectors including Healthcare IT, Recreation, FinTech and RegTech. These award-winning businesses have consistently shown rapid profitable growth and remain clearly focused on providing superior customer service and solutions while emerging as market leaders.

Jay is the former President & CEO of Sagebrush Corporation, an educational software leader, and was also a senior executive at Reynolds and Reynolds. In addition, he has held key management positions with Allen-Bradley and McKinsey & Company. His career includes general management, marketing, business development and consulting roles across high-growth software, services, internet, healthcare and manufacturing sectors.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University and received a Masters in Management from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management in 1989.

He currently serves on the board of directors/advisors for Augen, 1Place, Parnell Agencies, InterOcean Capital, SalonEzy, CFN, Hope Clinic and Kai Group Holdings while also providing business advisory services and coaching to individuals and companies across a variety of business sectors around the world. Jay is a former Director of MD Online, BMS Practice Solutions, GolfLogix, ImproveNet and Workwell Systems which were all successfully developed, grown and sold.

In addition, Jay serves an active leader in non-profit and philanthropic sectors with a specific focus on education, healthcare and leadership. He served as board chairman for local schools for over 10 years.
