CONCRETE WAYS TO USE AI CHATBOTS FOR MARKETING

From new content creation to step-by-step how-to’s

?  CREATE CONTENT.

Think of product and service offerings on your website, newsletters, emails, blog posts, and ad copy. If you don’t like the first version, you can review other drafts (Bard).  Hours saved. ?

Are you hosting an event? Ask for an invitation—one less thing to worry about.

Blogs: Stumped on what to blog about? Ask for some ideas. You could also take the next step and have the ChatBot give you drafts to work from.

Emails.

Did you have a stellar closing and would love to ask your customer for a review? Put in some details about what you hope to achieve, and the ChatBot can give you a draft to get you started.

? RESEARCH.

Try prompting a Chatbot with “You are a marketing manager for a Title Agency in (State). Please provide me with a (30-day) plan for (lead generation, increased SEO, or starting a Google Ads campaign).

What does ChatGPT think you should be doing to get leads? Have you checked everything off the list?

Haven’t tackled Google Ads yet, but don’t know where to start?

 TIPS:

  • Be as specific as possible in your requests. Set the stage with any relevant information to give you more tailored results. “You are a marketing manager…” Want the results in a table? Specifically, ask for that.
  • Use natural language, like you are asking a friend. You don’t have to worry about using overly technical jargon.
  • Try again, or switch bots! Try rephrasing the question or trying another chatbot. You can also tell the bot what you did not like about its response and ask it to try again.
