ACCUTITLE EXPANDS INTEGRATION WITH FIRST AMERICAN TITLE
Enhanced First American Title integration offers additional functionality in all three AccuTitle platforms
Ship Bottom, New Jersey, December 3, 2020 – AccuTitle, owner of the title management platforms TitleFusion, Landtech and Closers’ Choice, has announced an expanded integration with First American Title Insurance Company, one of the largest title insurers in the nation. This integration is currently under development and is set to launch in the first quarter of 2021.
Clients across all three of AccuTitle’s platforms will be offered an enhanced version of First American’s integration. Today Landtech offers Rates and Fees, Back Title, Title Search, CPL, and Jacket services. Cloud-based TitleFusion customers will gain a more significant integration experience, including Title Search and Specially Designated National Search (Patriot Search) in addition to their existing Back Title, CPL and Jacket functionality. In addition to these capabilities, Closers’ Choice will be adding Bulk Remit and Policy upload. AccuTitle clients, regardless of product, benefit from these essential integrations that allow them not to leave their preferred software and continue with their daily workflow.
