ACCUTITLE CREATES A CONSUMER-FACING PLATFORM
Consumer-facing myTitleVault to launch across all four AccuTitle platforms
SHIP BOTTOM, NEW JERSEY, December 9th, 2022 – AccuTitle, home of title management platforms TitleFusion, Landtech, Closers’ Choice, and TrackerPro, has announced they will launch myTitleVault, a realtor and consumer dashboard to facilitate closings.
MyTitleVault is an enhancement to AccuTitle’s suite of closing software to assist in a better workflow between realtors, mortgage originators, and closing companies. In myTitleVault, realtors, sellers, and buyers can initiate an order with their chosen title company. From there, the title company can push back real-time updates to all parties, reducing inbound inquiries to the title company and keeping all parties notified of the transaction’s status. Before the transaction is initiated, realtors and their customers can obtain detailed quotes from any agency, creating complete transparency of the estimated closing costs. After the closing, myTitleVault becomes the permanent digital repository for essential closing documents, giving customers one place to look when they need to access this information in the future.
AccuTitle has plans to deliver additional enhancements to myTitleVault, focused on streamlining the title and closing process while maintaining the highest levels of security.
