AccuTitle brings AccuAI Transaction Builder to Closers’ Choice

Closers’ Choice clients can now try automated file creation free through October 31, 2026

SHIP BOTTOM, NJ, September 21, 2026. AccuTitle, the home of title and escrow technology platforms trusted by title professionals, is proud to introduce AccuAI Transaction Builder, now live in Closers’ Choice. Built to take the typing out of opening a new file, Transaction Builder lets processors upload PDF documents for review, using the extracted details instead of typing them in one by one.

Transaction Builder reads uploaded PDF documents (typed or handwritten) page by page, and pulls out the details: buyers, sellers, realtors, attorneys, lenders, loan numbers, loan amounts, sales price, and property information. Each extracted field carries a confidence level, high, medium, or low, so the job shifts from typing to reviewing. Nothing is saved to a file until someone confirms it.

The feature runs on a contracted, enterprise-grade AI engine. File data stays isolated, is never shared externally, and is never used to train the AI. The underlying platform holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS certifications, meeting the technical safeguard requirements of the GLBA Safeguards Rule.

This feature is currently available in Closers’ Choice. Clients have access to a free trial running through October 31, 2026, and can sign up at any time to continue using the feature after the trial period is over. Per-insured-file pricing changes will not take effect until the free trial ends on October 31, 2026.
