AccuAI File Builder Now Live in TitleFusion

Saving offices up to 40 minutes per file, File Builder is free for every TitleFusion client through November 30, 2026

SHIP BOTTOM, NJ, October 9, 2026. AccuTitle, the home of title and escrow technology platforms trusted by title professionals, is proud to introduce AccuAI File Builder, now live in TitleFusion. TitleFusion offices are saving time by letting File Builder handle the first pass on a new order: it reads the documents, fills in the file, and hands it back for review.

Processors begin by selecting Create New File Using AccuAI from the File Manager tab. They then drag and drop the contract and any related PDFs associated with the transaction, whether the documents are typed or handwritten. While File Builder reads them, the processor can move on to other work in TitleFusion. Finished uploads wait in a pending files queue until someone is ready to review them, and the original documents are saved to the new file automatically.

Review is built into every step. File Builder color-codes each field it fills, green, yellow, or red, to show how confident it is in what it extracted, so processors know exactly where to look first. The new file is created only after someone works through each section and confirms the details.

File Builder runs on a contracted, enterprise-grade AI engine, and the information it reads stays protected. File data remains isolated, is never shared outside the platform, and is never used to train the AI. The underlying platform is certified to SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS standards and meets the technical safeguard requirements of the GLBA Safeguards Rule.

Every TitleFusion office can use File Builder free through November 30, 2026. Offices that want to keep it after the trial can opt in at any time from within TitleFusion, and no pricing changes take effect before the trial ends.
