eWestcor integration now offers new functionality in TitleFusion

This upgraded integration will be available after December 8th, 2024 and streamlines the title processing workflow, empowering users with more tools to efficiently manage their orders and improve client service.

With this new functionality, TitleFusion users can now:

• Perform Title Searches and Pre/Post Closing Updates: Users can attach documentation or add notes directly to an order, ensuring comprehensive records at each stage.
• Conduct SDN Searches Automatically: As soon as an eWestcor file is created, the system will automatically run SDN searches, adding a layer of compliance for each transaction.
• Request CPLs (AALs for New York Files): The integration supports streamlined CPL (Closing Protection Letter) requests, with the added convenience of allowing users to void CPLs if necessary.
• Request Jackets and Add Endorsements: Endorsements added through the platform will automatically attach to the corresponding jacket(s). Additionally, when multiple properties are associated with a file, they will all display on the CPL, simplifying multi-property transactions.
