We are currently seeking a new addition to our Training Team in the New Jersey/New York region. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who works well independently, and has excellent communication and customer service skills and is technology proficientIf you have a background in training and a good understanding of computer software and would enjoy a multi-faceted role in which you would demonstrate softare, lead implementation, train customers and provide ongoing support – this may be the job for you!

Job Responsibilities
  • Comfortable leading web and face-to-face training and meetings
  • Educate clients on the best practices in deployment and implementation of our software
  • Serve as main point of contact during implementation process
  • Participate in client meetings in preparation of implementation
  • Conduct web-based and on-site customer training
  • Assist clients with data preparation and go-live activities
  • Provide customer support to new and existing clients
  • Product Enhancement Testing

  • Good educator who can approach things from different angles without frustrations
  • Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships
  • Must be able to get along with others, i.e. peers, supervisors, outside customers and vendors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be personable, positive, and a professional representative of the company
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently and use team/others effectively when necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize tasks, assisting on various projects at any given time
  • Logical and technical mindset with the ability to analyze problems and identify the root cause
  • Interested in learning software solutions
  • Title Industry and/or Title Software experience preferred
