How does registration within Closers’ Choice work?
Once your initial order in Closers’ Choice has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This new order will auto-register you with an account with Real Res. Shortly after your order you will get a Welcome Email from Real Res confirming your account registration. Once your account has been registered you will be able to access the Real Res Portal (no password required) via the Closers’ Choice Platform
I use an AccuTitle platform outside of Closers’ Choice, do I qualify?
Yes! We do not offer auto-registration outside of Closers’ Choice at this time. In order to sign up, please contact AT-bundle@realres.com to take advantage of bundle pricing.
What is the pricing fine print?
- Standard Price: $100 + hard costs per association
- Real Res Bundle Price: $85 + hard costs (via Closer’s Choice only)
Can I Cancel an order?
Yes, with a 100% cancellation policy on most orders.
Exceptions include:
- Rush orders
- Bulk/multiple folio orders
- Estoppel letters***
- O&E reports
- Commercial searches
*** Per Florida Statue, estoppel orders are cancellable if the Cancellation of Contract is provided within 30 days of the original closing date
