Cherry Hill, New Jersey- July 1st, 2019 The recent acquirer of AccuTitle LLC, KGH, a privately held company committed to changing the title insurance industry through leading software and services, today announced the appointments of Bob Druskin and Jay Stead to its Board of Directors.

Bob Druskin is now Non-Executive Chairman of DTCC’s Board and Chairman of the Board Executive Committee, previously serving as Executive Chairman. Prior to his time at DTCC, Druskin was Chairman and CEO of E*Trade. Druskin spent nearly 16 years at Citigroup and its predecessor companies in several senior executive positions across the organization, including Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Office of the Chairman. He also spent four years at Citi’s Global Corporate and Investment Banking division, the last three as Chief Executive Officer.
Jay Stead Managing Director of Oxley Services, provides executive advisory services and serves on the boards of a select group of technology-oriented software, services and internet businesses around the world. Stead is the former President & CEO of Sagebrush Corporation, an educational software leader, and was also a senior executive at Reynolds and Reynolds. Also, he has held key management positions with Allen-Bradley and McKinsey & Company. He currently serves on the board of directors/advisors for Augen, 1Place, Parnell Agencies, InterOcean Capital, SalonEzy, CFN while also providing business advisory services and coaching to individuals and companies across a variety of business sectors around the world. Stead is a former Director of MD Online, BMS Practice Solutions, GolfLogix, ImproveNet and Workwell Systems which were all successfully developed, grown and sold.
