Advertisement: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager specializing in integrations to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, configuring, and deploying new integrations with vendor partners. You will also manage relationships with existing vendors, ensuring seamless functionality and high-quality service delivery. This role requires a combination of technical and industry knowledge as well as interpersonal and organizational skills.
Job Description: As the Product Manager – Integrations, you will collaborate closely with our development team, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders to execute on opportunities for new and enhanced third party integrations. You will oversee the product development lifecycle for integrations, ensuring timely delivery of projects that meet business goals. Candidates must have title or real estate industry experience, experience understanding technical documentation such as API specifications along with communication and project management skills. Your ability to self-manage, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and drive innovation will be critical to your success.
Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certification, or comparable industry experience. 3-5 years of product or project management experience in a related industry.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy new integrations with vendor partners including underwriters, search providers, surveyors, and e-recording vendors.
- Understand and create technical documentation and user guides; ability to build requirements for development based on technical specifications
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing, ensuring consistent quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with the development team
- Oversee the product development lifecycle for integrations
- Ensuring effective communication, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders regarding integration-related projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with integration tools and technologies (e.g., RESTful APIs, webhooks, XML, JSON).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address technical challenges.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and practices.
- Understanding of agile methodology; SCRUM Certification a plus
- PMP or Prince2 Certification a plus
