How do I register?
Landtech, TitleFusion & Accuair Clients:
Simply email at-bundle@accutitle.com to take advantage of Real Res bundle pricing and begin the registration process.
Closers’ Choice Clients:
- After placing your first order in Closers’ Choice, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- This will automatically register your Real Res account.
- You’ll then receive a Welcome Email from Real Res, confirming your registration.
- After that, you can access the Real Res Portal (no password required) directly through the Closers’ Choice platform.
For any other questions or support, our team is happy to assist and we’re here to make the process seamless.
What is the pricing fine print?
- Standard Price: $100 + hard costs per association
- Real Res + AccuTitle Bundle Price= $85 + hard costs per association
Can I Cancel an order?
Yes, with a 100% cancellation policy on most orders.
Exceptions include:
- Rush orders
- Bulk/multiple folio orders
- Estoppel letters***
- O&E reports
- Commercial searches
How do I get invoiced?
Your monthly bill will come from Real Res.
